It depends on the challenge. A diagnostic or strategy project may be time-limited. Transformation, fractional direction or growth advisory typically require a longer horizon.
Pricing reflects scope, complexity, senior involvement, duration, meeting cadence and responsibility. We do not price consulting as a commodity or one-size-fits-all package.
